Podomy is operated by Forge Universal LLC. These terms govern your use of Podomy websites, software, documentation, and services. By using our site or software, you agree to these terms.

Licensing & Commercial Use

Our core software is open source under the GNU Affero General Public License (AGPLv3). If you incorporate Podomy software into proprietary applications or require commercial terms without copyleft obligations, you must obtain a commercial license. In the event of any conflict, your written commercial license agreement takes precedence over these general terms.

Billing & Fair Treatment

Commercial licenses and support services are billed by Forge Universal LLC as agreed in written invoices or orders. If there is ever an error on your bill or an issue with your license delivery, contact us and we will resolve it fairly and in good faith.

Your Systems & Liability

We build foundational systems software and tools. You are responsible for how you configure, test, and deploy this software in your own environment, physical machinery, or fleets.

Unless specified in a written commercial contract, our software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Forge Universal LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our software.
